Arrow Services (RPZ) Limited are an RPZ Valve testing company who run an engineer dedicated to carrying out testing, servicing and repairs of RPZ Valves throughout England and Wales.

The company was established in March 2008 by Richard Johnston with Sam Gaines and Mark Chandler quickly joining the team. Over the first few years of trading the company employed a number of testers throughout the UK on a subcontract basis with Richard operating as the main tester whilst also doing work for his other businesses. Sadly after a short battle with Cancer Richard passed away in 2008 with Sam taking over the running of the company and Mark taking on more and more work until eventually coming on board as the companies full time Testing Engineer in 2012.

Over the last ten years or so Sam and Mark have worked together to build the company to a level where they are able to offer unparalleled service and expertise whilst maintaining the customer service and personal touch that were the foundations of Richards business philosophy.

With work taking place all over England and Wales, at sites that could have one RPZ Valve or forty and testing all makes, models and sizes Mark has become one of the most experienced and knowledgeable RPZ Valve testing engineers in the UK.

As our engineer is dedicated to RPZ Valve testing, servicing and repairs we are able to carry out works at short notice at no additional costs. 

We also allow for servicing and repair works (where possible) within our pricing which many other RPZ Valve testers do not. If parts are required our engineer carries stock of parts so that return visits for repair may not be necessary.

The RPZ Valve is a regulated item that requires annual testing. If these valves have not been successfully tested in the last 12 months then site will be contravening AIM-08-01 Issue 2 and may be liable to sanctions from the sites Water Undertaker.
